Buying guide

A cassette sets your gear range, and it has to match your drivetrain. The number of sprockets (the speed) must match your shifter and rear derailleur, and the largest sprocket has to sit within your derailleur capacity. Road cassettes usually run 11 to 32 teeth, while gravel and mountain bike cassettes go wider, often 10 to 51, for steeper climbs.

Use the filters to compare cassettes by speed, tooth range, freehub type and weight, then check the live price from each retailer. Every listing shows whether it fits a Shimano HG, SRAM XD or Micro Spline freehub, so you order the right one first time.
