What to include
The more detail you give us, the faster we can help. If you have spotted a part with incorrect specifications, a price that looks wrong, or a compatibility result you disagree with, please include a link to the relevant page and a short description of what you expected to see. Feature ideas and feedback on the build tool are always welcome too; a lot of what we have added came directly from rider suggestions.
Response times
We are a small team, so please allow a couple of working days for a reply. Messages about safety-critical compatibility issues are prioritised. If your enquiry is about your personal data or deleting your account, you can find step-by-step instructions on our data deletion and privacy pages.
